Duties:
Follow up the installation of the mixture consisting of paint pigments to give the final product using modern devices
Color output compared with the desired color and conformity with the reference sample using a Spectrophotometer technology

Supervising the quality control team of 5-6 supervisors ( availability in the company, approving the leave requests, sick leaves)
Suggesting bonus or penalty, and performance assessment.
Briefing the supervisors’ quality -related reports (where their work will be on the production lines for following up the quality of producing cardboard, boxes and editing reports about them according to the company system.
Following up the returned products according to the complains box and writing reports after assigning the faults , and deciding whether the faults are resulted from the customer or during the shipment , or they are factory faults , and to write detailed reports about these products to specify the fault reason and liability.
Assessing the raw materials condition regarding the quality and to writing a report about it in coordination with the laboratory technician of the quality for these materials stating (paper rolls , toners , and glow)
In case of absence of quality manager: I will be in duty to following up the quality assurance and signing the urgent documents.
